Yerevan returns Azerbaijani soldier to Baku as ‘goodwill’ gesture

• Yerevan repatriated an Azerbaijani soldier who crossed into Armenia last week back to Baku, the country’s intelligence services said.
• Gevorg Papoyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract party, will lead Armenia’s economy, replacing former minister Vahan Kerobyan, who was dismissed last month.
• Armenia’s top general said he believes the Collective Security Treaty Organization, a Russian-led military alliance, exists “only on paper.”
