Police use stun grenades on protesters

Police in Armenia used stun grenades on anti-government protesters gathered near the National Assembly in Armenia Wednesday evening. Protesters attempted to blockade the prime minister inside the parliament building. Thirty people were injured and 86 others detained as of 9pm local time. According to police, six officers were injured. Demonstrations in Armenia have been on-going over the last few week’s over the government’s proposed border deal with Azerbaijan.
