Thomas Graham, special assistant to the U.S. president on Russia from 2004 to 2007, gave a talk on ‘The Foundations of U.S. Russia Policy’ at a symposium organized by the Monterey Initiative in Russian Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. The lecture took place on July 9 in Tbilisi.
Thomas Graham is currently a distinguished fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.
This year’s Monterey Summer Symposium on Russia took place in Yerevan, Tbilisi, and Istanbul from July 1 to July 20.
